Isaiah 53:7, New Living Translation
“He was oppressed and treated harshly, yet he never said a word. He was led like a lamb to the slaughter. And as a sheep is silent before the shearers, he did not open his mouth.”

“But these are written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.” (John 20:31, ESV)

Before you read this message, I have a question for you, “Do you believe Jesus is the Word, He was with God from the beginning, and He is God?” (John 1:1) Then hear this, “Don’t you realize that I could ask my Father for thousands of angels to protect us, and he would send them instantly?” (Matthew 26:53, NLT)

Yet, He is the Son of God, He Himself is God, and can have full authority on earth as in heaven. (Matthew 28:18) He can forgive sin and He defeated death. (Matthew 9:6, Revelation 1:18) He was led like a sheep to the slaughter. And as a lamb is silent before the shearers, He did not open his mouth. (Acts 8:32) Many may ask why, and some may mock Him or say it is nonsense. However, if anyone has ears let them hear, and if anyone can read let them read…

“But God proves His love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8, BSB)

Even if we knowingly block Jesus out of our life, He still loves us, works behind us, provides for us, and bears our pain without a word of condemnation according to His righteousness.

He said, “…Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing…” (Luke 23:34, NIV)

He demonstrated that mercy triumphs over judgment. (James 2:13)

He empathizes with our weaknesses. (Hebrews 4:15)

He desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. (1 Timothy 2:4)

The world is fallen, and we are born in a sinful world and with a sinful nature. But it doesn’t mean we should live sinfully and fall with it. Jesus is waiting for your heart to return to Him, and to the Father. He desires for you to know His love and have understanding of His truth. There is a hope, the hope that Jesus provides for you. Are you willing to receive it?
