From darkness to Light!

My personal TESTIMONY:

I was born and raised in the traditional religion. I was very religious person believing I will go to heaven when I die. Because of my works and deeds merited to my account in heaven. I didn’t know that I was deceived by the religious faith, I didn’t know I was heading to damnation.
Like Apostle Paul said in Philippians 3:8 KJV
.. for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but DUNG, that I may win Christ,

“he counted the religion dung”
( TAE).

One early morning, I was heading to work listening to hard rock music as my normal morning routine and all of the sudden I got stuck in traffic and lost the radio station I was listening to. I changed to a different station, and I heard an evangelical sermon. (Pastor John MaCArthur) saying based on the Biblical verse by verse exposition.
I listened to him and I thought, WOW that was really good I did not know about that.
( Mark 4:9 Jesus said, “He who has ears to hear Let him hear”)
Hebrews 3:15
while it is said: “Today, if you will hear His voice, Do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion.”

John 6:44
“No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws them, and I will raise them up at the last day.

Since then I listened to the daily sermon.
I bought the Bible and started reading very early in the morning. I started getting up at 4 am longing to read the scriptures as Peter said, it is like babe longing for some milk.
I never thought I was lost until GOD open my heart to HIM and to His WORD.

I search for the Biblical teaching congregations and joined to the Bible Community Church.
I was baptized ( water immersion) in March 27, 2016 pronouncing that I was found and now belonged to the family of GOD believing Jesus Christ as my personal Savior and Lord. I believe that He died for all my sins and buried with Him including GOD’S wrath on the cross and I believe on the Third days GOD raised Him from the dead and I rose with Him also.
He is now sitting at the right hand of the Father and my spirit already with Him.
In the scripture, it’s said when Jesus set me free, I am free indeed according to His will and GOD good pleasure.

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death ( my former condition) but the gift of GOD is eternal life through Christ Jesus ( my current condition) .
Romans 7:24-25
What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body that is subject to death?Thanks be to God, who delivers me through Jesus Christ our Lord!

In Ephesians 1:13
In him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in Him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit,
1 John 4:4
You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the One Who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.

Everyday I am fully grateful that GOD the FATHER has chosen me and called me to be one of His children.

Today I would like to proclaim to you JESUS is my LORD and my SAVIOR. I praise the LORD for saving me.

In 2 Corinthians 5:17-18
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation,

You too ..if you will pray to GOD the FATHER to save you ask to open your heart have mercy and be gracious to you.
REPENT turn from the wicked way confess of your sins and have faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior you will be saved.

John 3:16-18
16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.

The scripture said in
1 John 1:9
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

To be a child of GOD you must be born again.
John 3:1-3,5-7
Now there was a Pharisee, a man named Nicodemus who was a member of the Jewish ruling council.
He came to Jesus at night and said, “Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the signs you are doing if God were not with him.”
Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.
Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit.
Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit.
You should not be surprised at my saying, ‘You must be born again.’

If Nicodemus, a morally upright religious leader, expert of the Old Testament Law needed the Spirit, then we all need Him.

In Romans 10:9-13
that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.”
For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him.
For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

Today, Is the DAy of SALVATION. If you believe Jesus Christ is your Lord and Savior you can pray this if you want.

Prayer:
Lord Jesus, I confess all my sins and ask for your forgiveness. Please come into my heart as my Lord and Savior. Take complete control of my life and help me to walk obedience Your footsteps daily by the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord for saving me and for answering my prayer. In the name of the FATHER, and the SON and the HOLY SPIRIT, Amen 🙏
