Who is your God? Is He the great I AM or the I WAS?

Jesus is the great I AM, He tells us plainly. Jesus is Almighty God. He and the Father are One, (John 10:30 NKJV “I and My Father are one.”)

Revelation 1:8 NKJV “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,” says the Lord, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”

Notice friends: “I AM the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End.”

Jesus is the great I AM.

John hears the Lord speaking to him and he turns to look at the Lord.

Revelation 1:17-18 NKJV “And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as dead. But He laid His right hand on me, saying to me, “Do not be afraid; I am the First and the Last. I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and of Death.”

“I AM the first and the Last.”
“I AM He who lives, and was dead, and behold.”
I AM alive.”
I AM He who has the keys of Hades and of Death. Jesus can undo anything and everything the devil does or has done.

Royal Friends: Jesus is the great I AM. He is NOT the I WAS.

Hebrews 13:8 NKJV “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.”

Jesus is Yahweh in the flesh.

John 1:1 NKJV “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”

Yahweh, the Father, is the Word of God. When the Word of God, Yahweh, became flesh, we called Him Yeshua. Yeshua literally means Yahweh saves, Healing is with Yahweh.

John 1:14 NKJV “And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.”

Yahweh = The great I AM = Yeshua = The Word of God. The Word of God is the great ‘I AM’ in written form.

The Holy Spirit is the Word of God in Spirit form. 1 John 5:7 NKJV “For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one.”

The Father, Yahweh, Jesus the Son, Yeshua, and the Holy Spirit, Rauch Ha-kodesh, are One. They are all the Word of God.

The Father, Yahweh, the Word of God, came to the earth to destroy the works of the devil: He came to forgive sin and heal all those who were sick.

Acts 10:36-38 NKJV “The word which God sent to the children of Israel, preaching peace through Jesus Christ— He is Lord of all—that word you know, which was proclaimed throughout all Judea, and began from Galilee after the baptism which John preached: how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.”

Jesus was anointed with the Holy Spirit and power to forgive sin and to heal the Lord’s people.

His blood shed on the cross provided for the forgiveness of sins and the defeat of the devil. (Colossians 2:15 “Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it.)

The violent beating He bore on His body, took the penalty of our sin, which was sickness, disease, dysfunction, defects etc., and the Lord took these on His Own Body; by His Stripes YOU WERE HEALED!

Isaiah 53:4-5 NET “But he lifted up our illnesses, he carried our pain; even though we thought he was being punished, attacked by God, and afflicted for something he had done. He was wounded because of our rebellious deeds, crushed because of our sins; he endured punishment that made us well; because of his wounds we have been healed.”

He was crushed, nailed to the cross, for our sins. And He was wounded, beaten, for our healing. Because He was wounded, we have been healed.

1 Peter 2:24 NET “He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we may cease from sinning and live for righteousness. By his wounds you were healed.”

Jesus carried our sin in His own body on the cross and by the beating that He took on His Own Body, by His Wounds, we were healed.

James 5:14-15 NKJV “Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.”

Notice, when the Lord heals our bodies, He also forgives our sin.

Psalm 103:2-4 NET “Praise the Lord, O my soul. Do not forget all his kind deeds. He is the one who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases, who delivers your life from the Pit, who crowns you with his loyal love and compassion.”

Royal Friends, are you understanding this? Our Salvation included the forgiveness of sins, the defeat of the devil and healing to our bodies. How many diseases did the Lord carry on His Body? “Who heals ALL your diseases!”

The Lord is NOT the I Was your healer; He is the I AM YOUR HEALER!

Jesus is NOT the ‘I Was the Word of God’. He is the I AM the Word of God and He is sent to heal and deliver us. (Psalm 107:20 NKJV “He sent His word and healed them, And delivered them from their destructions.”

The Lord is not the I WAS, He is the Great I AM. HE CANNOT CHANGE! His Word is forever settled in Heaven from the beginning of time. (Psalm 119:89 NKJV “Forever, O Lord, Your word is settled in heaven.”)

Malachi 3:6 NKJV “For I am the Lord, I do not change…”

He is the I AM forever, He cannot change. “Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever!” He is the I AM who lives forever more!

Yahweh/Yeshua is the great I AM to ALL GENERATIONS! He will never be the ‘I Was.’

Exodus 3:14-15 NKJV “And God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM.” And He said, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, ‘I AM has sent me to you.’ ”Moreover God said to Moses, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel: ‘The Lord God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you. This is My name forever, and this is My memorial to all generations.’”

If you need to repent (uproot the seeds of sin that you have sown): turn from your sin, disobedience to the Word of God, and turn back to God, and make the choice to obey His Word; then ask for forgiveness in the name of Jesus, do it! Forgive everyone who has ever harmed you; forgive yourself for the hurt that you have done to others and to the heart of God.

Now by faith: believing in, trusting in and obeying the Word of God, receive your Healing.
